I hate Halo, but Gears of War was a great game. Even if the only thing new they had were chainsaw battles, I'd still buy this game because it rocks.

You make your own account on your friends PC (which takes 2 seconds), go to Account Management, and then retrieve your PSN account (about 3-5 min.) Then Voila! You can play yourself on someone elses PS3.
