Well if they do a good job showing it off at E3 with a bunch of games then... oh, wait...
Almost none of these games got an emotional response from me. I shed a tear at the end of FFX in 2 in 2001. I felt the feels while playing too the moon more than once. Though I have not played half the xbox shooter fan fest that is half this list. I have had the feels more than once from a video games story the last time being the witcher 3. Very rarely does it make me come to tears.
While I would love to see nintendo make games for smart phones. Miitomo is not a game and I hope all "games" like it in the future are ignored by users so we can get real games and real content not mindless dress up cash grabs.
I blame nintendo, The "NEW" 3DS is the ugly step child of the ds lite. They have been doing this same thing to their handhelds for years. The new consoles will be pointless to buy at first then they will add tiny features that people will want them for. Games however will remain across the board.
This also brings to mind MS saying that up-gradable consoles are in the future. I'm looking at you n64 expansion pack. None of this stuff is new it just is more of ...
I am not saying there is anything wrong with it, It's just not for me. It really is a very niche game though.
Nope but Dark Souls just does not do it for me.
I just don't enjoy the Souls version of storytelling. If it had a decent narrative that hooked me I could look past any difficulty but the way its currently done does not appeal to me. Thats fine it doesn't have to be a game everyone likes. Its a niche game like any other RPG.
What I really want to know is, Does it still have the great platforming as the main gameplay or is it even more shooter than it was before. I like the balance but honestly I prefer good platforming over shooting at stuff any day.
Nah but they might partner with a company to do it in the future.
I downloaded it, when I realized it was not a game but yet another social media thing with a dressing room cash shop I just uninstalled it again. I hope some people enjoy it but I would rather have a game.
I prefer action gameplay but turn based seems to get all the good stories. I really hope FF going action helps action RPGS up their storytelling game.
I see buying this as basically FFs last chance. This game will bring the series into a new height of popularity or end the series which has already been struggling. Terrible spin offs, horrible sequels.
All the best FFs these days don't have final fantasy in the name. Bravely, Trails, Project Setsuna. Here is hoping RPGs from japan have a nice comeback.
I really hope that they focus a bit more on story in this one. I love the gameplay but always find the stories in Ys to be very very lacking. If they could just put a bit of that Trails love into Ys it would become my go to series.
Isn't that what square said when it merged with Enix?
I have actually not been disappointing almost ever with the PS+ lineup. This time the games presented are just not for me. That is no fault of Sony but still makes me wish they had a more diverse lineup of games and you got to pick ones you actually want versus just handing out games nobody really wants.
At the same time many games I never would have tried until PS+ gave them to me I ended up enjoying. People are just quick to hate especially on the internet. It's where ...
This is the most disappointing Month of PS+ so far. I have no problem at all in any way getting indies as I have been enjoying them more than AAA games of late. Oh well maybe something decent next month.
This game looks like it has no reason to be released on a VR format. I would like to give it a go on steam.
FUCK FORBES! Here is hoping the NX is good the nintendo fanboy from when I was 10 really misses truly great nintendo games.
First Hearthstone, then HOTS, Now this. I am pretty done with Blizz I used to love their games they managed to tell the greatest stories in the oddest genres and places. Now they are just catering to the mindless masses.
Its already fully backed which is awesome! Another great looking game to add to my list.
