Good story, although any one who studies economics knows that asking people what they would like to pay doesn't make a lot of sense. What you ought to do is just look at what people are effectively willing to pay : what games are more often bought used or in budget edition than others etc.
The Wii U isn't an XBOX with a tablet, it's a DS HD (wich, if you like your DS, if a good thing)

DLC I would buy Day One :
1. A new area a la painted world
2. A new Boss Fight
3. An "infinite mode" where enemies spawn randomly on the map
4. A 100 floors randomly generated tower
5. A "challenge mode" a la Phantasy Star Online (where you have to co-op at a set level to complete a particular area in a time limit)
6. A PVP tournament mode
7. Anything els...
It's probably better than Demon's Souls or Phantasy Star Online's ending!
I agree that the title is misleading and could have been better. However, you cannot count the generations differently for each game genre !
I agree although Dark souls went even further by taking away munching and MP. FF XIII, while it had some faults, added a lot of great features to the genre too.
I don't have time to post it, but a great bit of news just surfaced about XIII-2. Apparently, the Japan sales are bouncing back and are almost twice as much as XIII's fourth week sales - which can only mean that word of mouth is in favor of this game. XIII-2 obviously suffered from the bad reputation it garnered from the questionable choices made by XIII's dev team. It also shows that there as not as many trade ins as people thought.

Yes. I try to post only positive, non-controversial news. There are a lot of good, optimistic things to say about the industry, but the most clicked are stuff like "10 reasons why XBOX SUXXXORZ" or "Why Square Enix is TEH DOOMED".
Still, all my stories got approved (for now) which shows there are good people on N4G that are not only interested in scandals.
