Truth has been spoken.
He for the most part basically just confirmed what we already knew. It's pretty sad, because the hardware was great.
> Spend an unholy amount of money acquiring studios
> It doesn't pay off as you had hoped

Classic.
I had fun with the first game and I loved the setting, but holy shit was it repetitive. I'd be down for a remake but only if they seriously adress that part of the game.
With even Halo and Gears coming over to rival consoles I guess it's officially over.
Shouldn't they be asking this to the people that decided not to buy it?
Quite the 180 from the ego they have last year. I'm curious what will happen to this company in the coming year.
This seems like the best outcome. Kadokawa got saved from a foreign hostile takeover and Sony didn't gain too much extra control over the anime industry.
It really is. Most people only remember it for its graphics but the gameplay was equally amazing.

I had no idea Sony created a whole car brand with Honda. I thought that car they showed off years ago was some one time tech demo to then sell electronics to manufacturers. This is kinda cool. I'm curious to see how it will turn out.

Sony will probably try to turn their game franchises into their own MCU type of thing.
I was about to say, they can just copy Starship Troopers homework and change it up a bit so the teacher won't notice.
? I didn't blame anyone. The fault is entirely on MS for being incompetent fools.
Indeed, I was not in favor of MS buying all those publishers/devs.
I'm sure all the Sony fans will be happy to hear that. But keep in mind that less competition is never a good thing for the consumer.
I will stick to my 1070 until that thing turns to dust at this rate.
This shit is getting way out of hand.
Yes.
