Offline or online shouldn't make a difference. He didn't do anything wrong. MS made the console and he got it legit. I don't even know if he went online and logged in to Live, but that's what people do with their consoles, if it isn't allowed MS shouldn't enable it. So what he got his console one week early and shared some common info and stuff, imo it makes no sense to ban the one and only console out there. And why the console, why not the gamertag? Focus on what's missing in Forza? Well, for starters, Forza 5 is missing support for ALL the wheels currently owned by Forza fans. All of them. There's not a single wheel available when Forza 5 launches. The most important aspect in (semi) sim-racing, proper wheelsupport, is missing.

Nah Death, PS3 was superior yet harder to program for, X1 is inferior and harder to program for. PS3 games started to outshine 360 games by 2008-2009 (MGS4, WipEout HD, Uncharted 2), X1 games probably won't. Inferior can't become superior no matter how much money you throw at it.
Coming gen even the multiplats will show this, day one by the looks of it. Of course there will be improvements on both platforms through the years, but the gap will probably grow wider.

Imo one of the most important differences between Driveclub an Forza is the handling: pretty much all our PS3 wheels are supported by Driveclub while Forza doesn't support any of the Xbox 360 wheels, not even the official Forza wheel from Fanatec that lauched early last year.
