Some people die dumb ass. When they look over the body they will see the tattoo. Some people have a hard time rolling down their sleeves when their dead. Maybe you didn't realize that with your immortality.

Also MW2 represented the elite units, and not everyone had Heartbeat sensors, whenever you picked up an enemy gun it never had a Heartbeat sensor. Also I'm pretty sure Oscar Mike is used a lot. Code words are used a lot period. Though it might not fool a Rus...

Wait are you seriously talking about Gears of Wars? The game thats pretty much a big mod of Unreal Tournament the one that's over 10 years old? The only diff between UT and GOW is the cover system and your calling it advanced?

Doesn't take much does it.

Ya I noticed that too, only a hand full of them are in game, and in those screenshots you can tell because the background looks like crap. The DOD is huge in Gears of War 3 apparently but I always thought it was that way for any Xbox360 game. Killzone 3 you can see the background as clearly as the foreground, because the PS3 can render both at the same time in as crisp a detail, Xbox360 not at all.

I'm honestly not sure how Activision has fooled you into believing that looking for a new job or opening up contacts is against their contract. It's what you do when you don't like the job your in. You've never in your life looked for a new job? I have a hard time believing anyone hasn't, you also think this would be in a contract: You may never look for a new job, nor give anyone else hope of finding a new job or talk to anyone about your social life or expecting to get...

Why would they have anything to fear, Activision is just looking for the ultimate bitch who will bend over and do everything asked. Treyarch is that bitch, and they will bend over at the slightest sign of an erection if anything they might get something extra.

If Activision walks into the room and says "Put a tutu on that marine, it makes sense", Treyarch will be like "What color master", and Activision will be rubbing it's monster slong on Treyarchs...

I have to disagree with everyone saying Blizzard should be more involved. Imagine if the person who first threw a football around told the NFL that they had to dismantle their sports because only they could decide what to do with a football. It's utterly ridiculous. In much the same way as anyone who has the money can put together another league and attempt to put it on the air, the NFL can not stop them.

Blizzard might produce the game but beyond having customers purc...

Protecting you mean attempting to monopolize the gaming market? What if used cars all came with special electronic keys that only work with a serial number from the manufacture.

Meaning you had to pay 1,000 just to purchase a new car. Or how about locking out certain features of the car like AC.

THIS IS MOTHERFUCKING AMERICA. We don't like monopolization or limitation. I expect a lawsuit or two from this.

What do you mean maintain servers and such, most if not ALL console games take advantage of Peer-to-Peer any costs is limited to record keeping such as score boards and minor functions. We host their games, they should be paying us, how about consumers who's bandwidth is limited based on an amount of bit-rate?

PC has been doing online hosting for YEARS, with no effect, take for instance Diablo, Diablo 2, Starcraft, that have been around forever.

No offen...

Not to mention, PC gaming took a dive because of this kind of thing, so isn't it extremely ironic what you are saying?

PC games use to have no serial keys, I can tell you didn't know that. Not to mention what above guy said, usually you can use a key multiple times.

@Leord Probably the whole reason Starcraft 2 is being rejected is because they have to play on B.net and Koreans are like F-U, they want to play on Lan where they can compete. So it's being rejected as a viable eSport game in the first place. Basically Blizzard has rigged SC2 to force their way into the whole eSports thing because now they have to involve Blizzard's network.

On one hand I agree with the Korean's Blizzard made it nigh impossible for eSports to accept the game, ...

Why do you think it was being delayed so much. See the thing is Splinter Cell has always been the basis of other games, in fact their entire franchise of shooters. Rainbow Six, Ghost Recon, ect,. So there is no doubt a version of Conviction for PS3, whether they release it or not I'm not sure. I don't see why they wouldn't. Ubisoft has just been taking it's time with PS3 hardware to get everything right because this is their building stone.

However it's like Gears of War, al...

@StanLee Or...they are proving a point that neither is against the law, and frivolous/ridiculous to even put in a legal statement. Let alone is it probably even remotely in their contract. Activision is only using it as a base to break their contract and take their 36 million owed to them away.

I got this game for FREE, GOW 1 and I couldn't get into it like you get into that prison area and as your getting out that's as far as I got. It felt very old school, like the bad kind of old school like Counter-Strike (which honestly wasn't a bad game), it's too last gen for me. Graphics weren't good, game play wasn't good, AI was horrible. This was on PC and it was fairly bad. I suppose it has that Unreal Tournament feel, and it's really one I can't get into.

I understand t...

I honestly don't know how you can compare low texture games (halo & alan wake) to high texture games and say they are the same. Like dude my Pinto is like a Porsche, if someone said something like that you'd think they were crazy.

There is more texture on one character of GOW3 than a whole screenshot of Halo, MS hasn't even dared to say what the texture resolution is on the new Halo. Cause then it can be used against it when the next Killzone comes out.

They ev...

You have to be kidding with that Alan Wake stuff, absolutely bonkers insane.

The AA is low, theirs jaggies, and I mean some serious jaggies, in Uncharted 2 or GOW3 their are no NOTICEABLE jaggies. It's locked at 30FPS, GOW3 is minimal 30 FPS but unlocked to go higher, Uncharted is 60FPS. It's also clearly below 720p but upscaled like most Xbox360 games to 720p. Not only that but there's probably more texture resolution on a finger of Kratos than in Alan Wake's whole body. <...

Bunch of math failures, the odds are on Xbox360 being the next failure. So take everything you said and think about it again. What a bunch of morons. PS3 actually has the second highest odds, and the Wii has the next highest. You add a few numbers and they all get freaking confused.

Wow....good thing you guys are not the betting type, at least I hope not. Because you have to be able to add, subtract, divide, and multiply. High School math, and you guys fail.

Not to inject common sense or anything into this whole discussion but those odds are in favor of Xbox360 being next, not PS3.

Sesslers about 5 years to late, back when this was all taking the transition over to digital media, did the show even exist back then? Anyway WAY to late. It's like trying to put a baby back in the womb. It makes no sense.

That's about as dumb as saying cars are going to be obsolete because a lot of people are using planes. The only thing they have in common is they are means of travel. Just like casual games and MMOs the only things they have in common are they are some form of entertainment. I have a hard time believing they even said something so dumb.

On another note though this is a fiscal report, they often say really dumb things like this. In order to manipulate the investors into believ...

Also this is why the PS3 is better, they will not get directly involved, except with Home which has a text based talking system. To where they can be 100% sure of the cheater, when they go back and check. Otherwise reporting is GOOD enough. Any game that makes their game glitch heavy (COD:MW2) is at it's own fault.

I also question the fact that they say he's 10 prestige so that makes him guilty, there probably A LOT of 10th prestige people. They also only post up the LATER ...
