The games like 4 years old though, it can't be all that hard. I personally doubt they will have all the effects available on PC going either.

Beat this game when it originally came out. The Ghost King at night and imps (just that retarded sound) for some reason always freaked me out. Pixelated monsters of horror....
No offense to anyone who likes Gears but I thought the game was shit, playing it via PC for the first game. Never touched it since. Space Marines is like gold velvety gold.
Article must be from a young gamer, PC games use to be trade-able up until about 8 year now? Due to "rampant" pirating and the lack of ability to get employees to stop failing to know which games had serial codes and which didn't. It's the PC that really killed that aspect with the added protections of serial and then DRM.

That one was kind of fail but I get the point, Diablo 3 is coming to consoles. I also wouldn't be surprised if you could get The Old Republic on them too considering it's not really pushing anything in the graphics area its similar to WOW and that game is what how many years old? Also the amount of discs for consoles is one if you talking about PS3. I think 3 for Xbox 360, but come on it's about the same amount for PC. You just install it.

Have to agree, I think major corporations coming out with more indepth choices in the PC market similar to Onlive will pretty much kill the console market. A free or cheap (below $100) console which plays all games at max or near max settings that upgrades itself, sound to good to be true? It's coming around the corner. Give it about another 2 or 3 years about 5 to be fully functional and another 2 to 3 to lock down legal issues. Why buy new games when you can buy games for around $30...
BakedGoods is right, it wouldn't be the first time bad drivers = fried cards. Nvidia put out a bad driver not that long ago that fried cards. Think this was only 6 months or so ago.

I have to agree with evrfighter, I think most of these reviews are done by people who didn't even game when the first Duke came out. This new generation was raised on Console games. The Duke Nukem generation was raised on PC gaming from before even Doom came out. Some of us were playing DOS based games. Gaming before there were even arcades to put quarters in, and I'm betting some of them STILL were not even born yet.
This new generation just has no appreciation.
These the same guys that do console comparisons on ridiculous games, and they don't even know the difference between in game cinematic and on screen actual play is.

Well you know it wasn't possible with IW's games because they never were retarded enough to use TWO fucking spawn points right next to each other. Trearch had an issue with this shit from their first game and never addressed it. This is the result. IW's respawn system checked if their was an enemy near by before it spawned you. If their was it would move to another spawn point.
