Nier and Front mission are only published by S-E and are developed by Western devs.
FF14 is developed by the FFXI team which are MMO only.
FFXIII team is made up of the standard numbered FF series team.
FFversus team is made up of the KH and other members of the older FF team.
FFXII team we have no clue what their up to.
So yes after XIII they could technically start planning an FFVII remake project and then the closer Versus ...

FF games in Japan always convert to around $100 in Japan yet when they release in EU and the US retailers sell it for £40 and $60 like any normal game.

Yes there is. It takes time and money to put it on the disc and then test it.
Considering the English version of FFXIII is re-syncing mouth movements to fit with the audio it makes the process a lot harder then it should be.
Plus in FFXIII EVERY single NPC has been confirmed to be voiced so it's not just cutscenes they have to worry about.

Complete lies. The game is going to be on ONE DVD9 for the 360.
The developers confirmed last month it will take 80 hours to do EVERYTHING in the game.
