Is it just me or have the majority of the crash games sucked way to much to merit a sequel this late in the game?
Let’s face it, without the guidance of Nintendo rare is starting to suck. The only Xbox game that rare has released that I got really hooked on was believe it or not viva piñata. It was a good game (I am secure enough to play a game that cute) but still not up to the greatness that rare has created in the old days.
I think the big problem with fighters these days is lack of creativity and the death of the arcade. I am so burned out on tekken and VF at this point, rarely is something new brought to the table in the fighting genre. As much fun as playing fighting games online is the old school arcade was much better. Doa 4 tried to mimic the old days with the little avatar rooms but they did it soooo wrong. I imagine the large portion of square stock that sony owns has nothing to do with this. In the end i would rather it be exclusive so more focus can going into the game. The game looks amazing!
I miss the original space station idea but the game is looking awesome.
This game looks so sick! I was looking at screen shots last night and some how i stumbled upon PC screens and i all i can say is wow! If you havent seen the pc shots yet go to the ign pc section and checkem out!

I bought my turbo grafix for china warrior! Wow was I let down, fortunately I got splatter house not long after getting the system.
Shouldn’t you try and play it before you say its rubbish? I have heard some crazy reasons to not like a game but “I don’t like it because of the color palette takes the cake”.
Make it free and it would be perfect in my eyes.
I know I am alone on this but I personally love shadowrun. At first I wasn’t sure about it but the better I get at it the more I love it. It is not a perfect game by any means but it has a ton of very cool and unique ideas going on. I personally feel that my 60 bucks was well spent.
I agree that game play is paramount but its hard to argue that bioshock has better graphics. Sure that doesn’t mean that crysis will be a better game (i don’t think it will be) but there is nothing wrong with pointing out which one has more beauty in my opinion.
Bioshock does look awesome but crysis is breath taking. The video where they show the depth of field when aiming is amazing.

You make a good point. Many of us are responsible adults and could play this game and look at it as just that. Unfortunately the responsible adult to idiotic adult ratio doesn’t favor the responsible adult. Most people are too blind to see how easily influenced they are by things. I think the movie will suck but the trailer was way better than i would have expected.
