Play a few dozen hours and it starts to feel reallllllly samey. Without an interesting open world to explore like Skyrim’s, there is no reason to stick around after the credits.

The sad part is that it isn't even that hard to simply remake a game with modern graphics. Look to the Demon Souls remake or Halo 1 & 2 remakes for an example, and there are many others. They clearly wanted to change the game, couldn't agree on the changes, so it got canned. What an idiotic handling of a straight forward task.

The longer I've played this game, the more average it seems. The writing of most primary characters is awful, like truly truly awful. I hate every single companion except Vasco. The companion quests are so cringe its hard to even keep playing. Meanwhile, the rest of the game is pretty good. The amount of content is great. The hand crafted locations are ok. I'd go from initially giving the game a 9 to now giving it somewhere between a 7-8.

Also, even if you continue paying, Game Pass titles are rotated into and out of availability. So, "library" isn't even close to an appropriate term.
