Why would you think people don't believe the N64 had great games?
That was one of the best consoles from Nintendo, the game library on that system is amazing. Anyone acting like N64 didn't have quality games is a total clown.
RDR was boring, for all the open space that game had, there was way less stuff to do than what's available in GTA V.
And this talk of implausible is laughable, considering majority of stuff done in GTA is HIGHLY implausible.
Video games shouldn't try to appease the realism fanboys, it's supposed to be an escape, not a chore.

Good luck selling these supposed AAA Jap titles over here, highly doubt majority of western gamers are going to care about Japanese titles. They don't appeal to most people at all.

Bad things tend to happen when developers pander to the realism fags, we get terrible games like GTA IV.
I agree that GTA IV is garbage, but there isn't much to do in Saints Row. Haven't played SR4, but I doubt I'm missing much at all.
Especially considering that when you're done the story in Saints Row games, it suffers the same issue as GTA IV. There's absolutely piss all to do afterwards.
I could care less who it's marketed to, it looks like garbage no matter what age you are. If these are the types of games Nintendo is putting forth, they should've just stuck with 3DS and gotten out of the console biz.
I'm not wasting 300+$ on an inferior console with no games. Let alone spending 50 or so for a game that looks like it's worth no more than 10$.

Killing games are here to stay, people. OP & the like are not the type of gamers companies give a crap about.
People want options in games, not restrictions. Removing an element that so many games utilize is a death sentence. We're better off ignoring the miniscule percentage of individuals who don't like violence or killing in a game anyway.

Killing is always going to be a mainstay and I see no reason why it should be lessened just to appeal to people who get offended or annoyed by it easily.
Games like GTA have far more appeal based on the amount of things you can do past the storyline, as opposed to playing a game that only has story and once you're done it, there's nothing else to do. Replayability is greater than wasting 60...
GTA IV is far worse than Skyrim, most overrated game of the generation AINEC.
