Neither of those games did anything original, but I agree, they are hypocrites and have an AWFUL review system.
Because in KZ2, you couldn't turn it off (as far as I'm aware, there might be a hidden option, but I'm not sure). And it's not that I suck with it (though I do suck with it, but that's not the reason I don't like it), it's just that some people don't sit straight and with proper posture when playing video games.

Lucky you. I haven't been in Home in like 3 months. I only use it about 1 or 2 times every 3 months, and just last week, I go visit one of the new spaces, and this black avatar walks up to some white avatar and the white guy says some racial crap and tells the black guy to get out of here.
And if you've never seen any pervs in home, then I doubt you have ever been on PS home. Have you never seen like a crowd of guys dancing around a female avatar, pretty much right...
Actually, it's not really remastering them at all (except with trophies and 3d). They are releasing the version the developers originally intended to make but were restrained to by the ps2's hardware.
This way, we get to experience the intended experience, and not a lesser version.

People who hear Sony say that the ps3 will be backwards compatible, and assume it's going to be that way forever (it's a fair assumption), which renders their ps2s useless. PS3 was expensive back then and some people needed all the cash they can get, so why would they NOT sell their ps2?

No, they don't. Some people sold their ps2s to afford a ps3. I did, but fortunately for me, I got the 60gb launch version, so it's not an issue for me personally, but it is for others out there, and I can definitely understand their desire for BC.
Yeah, the closed beta days were the golden days of Home. Now home is filled with pervs, emos, racists, and just in general, annoying teenagers (who usually make up all those characteristics).
It's fun if you're with friends, but hardly anyone (that games regularly) is on there anymore.

The NXE is what made me start hating my 360. NXE is just some crappy coverflow knock off combined with mii's. The blades looked and felt SOOO much better. Along with their lack of games and overpriced accessories (which also crapped out on me after 3 months), that was the day I lost all respect for Microsoft when it comes to gaming.
He can now no longer criticize anything for being crappy. He has lost ALL credibility. Any time he wants to argue about why X is better than Y, you can just point to his comment history and discredit him instantly.
You're going to break a copy of his game? How about, oh I don't know, actually talking to him about getting rid of it? Give him an ultimatum rather than breaking it, because he DID spend money on it. Imagine if he burnt your pair of favorite shoes or clothes or whatever the hell personal possession you value. Tell him to either sell the game, or you will break up with him.
Hopefully it sells better though, because Team ICO games are some of the few games that warrant a full priced purchase.
Call of Duty 4 was a good game, they didn't really drop the ball with that one. The only thing that was really horribly wrong with CoD4 was martyrdom, and maybe stopping power/juggernaut (which is debatable).
CoD4 finally brought us out of World War 2, and was a good game. Modern Warfare 2 has almost completely ruined the industry as we know it though. My favorite Call of Duty was the second one though.
