EDF 2017 is the one game I truly want a sequel of, yeah it looked like crap but the game was just that much fun it didn't matter at all - not in the slightest little way.
A sequel with more weapons with bigger explosions, more enemies on screen (if possible?) and 4 player co-op over Live.
Give me that, and I will not need another game for a long, long time. I'm still making my way through Inferno, getting there, slowly but surely! :)
You simply can't compare review scores between different games, especially when the reviews are written by different people.
Everyone has there own opinion on how the scale should work. Some sites use the 7-9 scale (7 being average) while other sites use the full 1-10 scale and 5 being average.
If we're using your logic about if a score gets higher than another game. I might as well say that World of Goo is better than Killzone 2 because it's 3 points higher on Meta...

I'm in the same boat as you regarding exclusives. It seems with my Playstation 3 that the exclusive games which I've played stick with me through that one play through and haven't ever needed to go back through again as I only seem to play the single player and very rarely the multiplayer.
However, with the Xbox 360 exclusives I own it's kinda the reverse; I'll play the single player once (and not really care about it) but then play the online of that game a crap-tonne.

This was something I was generally really looking forward to on the PS3 as the Playstation 3 I own doesn't have backwards compatibility and I've never played the God of War games before.
It looks like I'll be importing this one. Personally, I think that SCEA should just run both SCEE and SCEA, they actually get there job done.

Really, really looking forward to Heavy Rain, wish it would hurry up and be released though. The one game (other than Uncharted 2) which is making me keep my Playstation 3, love games with decent story lines and Heavy Rain looks to be exactly that.
