Exactly and to be fair on Sony people would just pay for 3 months where they like the games and get whatever game they like at reduced prices like I have done with age of zombies mini with the digital magazine off eu store. 99p for the mag but the mini was £2.50 I bought the mag got the mini free. I like how you compare this to netflix though as thats basically what it's like. The longer you are with the service too the more benefits/games etc you get as its builds up.
360 players pay there sub every year and keep it going so why wouldn't people who get this? Does it matter really?? You would be mad to let it lapse anyways. Also you would probably be bored of the game 12 months down the line. Amazing how petty some people are. Can you access your gold items like facebook etc after your 360 gold lapsed? no and that's just facebook! Sony are giving away over $250 of free content a year to subscribers. Something MS won't ever do.

Hmm which would I rather have timed exclusive on 360 which I can later get on ps3 anyways? Or a free game/addon with the ps3 version? No brainer really. PS3 kinda wins in that respect and the best bit? MS probably paid something like 50 million for that exclusive deal Sony probably didn't pay a penny. It's truly mad how many 360 fanboys off here watched it.. Looking at hits on g4 stream too there were a lot more people watching the Sony stream than MS. Sony gave 3rd partys like EA a lot of time thanks to there strong relationships with the and in turn they get exclusive content. See MS it's not all about money right? I think we are gonna see more features to psn plus before it officially launches.

Agreed I am getting it too (Move i mean) and they are in shops 3 weeks before Kinect and as MS has proven getting there first is how to do it. If the 360 never came out before ps3 it wouldn't still be around.
They are the same price as wii-motes so whats peoples problem? because you gotta buy the camera?? Oh dear.. its a $30 camera which to be fair every PS3 owner should own by now as its a marvellous piece of kit Sony haven't just dumped like this piece of crap. I love how green ring thinks $80 is a ripoff but $150 for kinect isn't.. God hes a moron. As for the $100 bundle you don't want the game? buy the control and the eye separate costing you a nice $70 so not really that bad. If you want the game which comes with the bundle which is worth $50 then paying an extra $30 makes sense. You get a camera and a controller not just a camera like with MS Kinect.

Live is $50 and you get less! you get the ability to play online gaming and a few things I can do on my mobile phone! $50 might seem a bit (shouldn't to xbox owners) but no doubt you are gonna get way more than $50 worth of content I mean the first game they said they giving this month is wipeout HD that game alone is worth like what $10? plus you get a ps1 classic and a mini so $20 content a month? I make that $240 content a year for $50. Go away fanboys saying its not worth $50.
Stick with Live?? Like you had a choice if you wanna play online you have to pay your live subscription to play online with PS3 you don't PSN+ is additional. Do MS give you free games and betas for being a gold member?? Hell no! yet people are saying live is still better?? Fair enough enjoy being FORCED to pay to play online and get no free games. I will get free online games and the choice to have free games if I subscribe.
@Aquanox what limited exclusivity(this is sony not MS)? MS did that with COD Sony actually got real exclusives like full free games if you buy the PS3 version like with medal of honour. Stop being a troll and go home. E3 was pretty lame this year however Twisted Metal finally announced did it for me I knew it was gonna be and finally glad its announced. Loved the footage though!
I'm guessing everytime you renew it will reactivate all those games at least its kind of a loyalty thing the longer you pay it the more games you build up. I love how they giving wipeout free the first month however I already got it :(

My major problem with this is if somebody knocks the 360 or if you stand it on its side and it falls over from a nudge? Say goodbye to your £40 game.. Blu rays are scratch proof baby this wouldn't happen on a ps3..
I lost 2 games in the past on 360 due to the scratching and they looked exactly like this on the vid.. Never happened on any other console including Xbox 1 and PS2 which both had DVD trays.
I was only excited about DK Country as we havn't had one in years but the rest just look like previous games or even worse versions of them. New Kirby?? Come on they got that idea from paper mario. New wii party?? Mario party without mario! And Mario sports?? They really running out of ideas for mario..
no they dont get deleted just made inactive if you dont keep paying exactly the same as you would expect with netflix or anything else. We are dealing with expensive content here not 1 dollar mp3's what you download is yours forever as long as you keep your subscription and if your used to paying a sub for live or were then this shouldn't be a prob especially considering the massive benefits. People are trying to poke holes in the service.
