PS5 i'd say is also insanely expensive even in Canada. Cost about $720 after taxes.
What a pointless, clueless article, nobody has any idea whatsoever on how far along development is. If it started in 2018, thats 4yrs of dev time for a sequel that already has assets made. Not every single huge game needs 5-6yrs to create, especially being a sequel.

The last thing anyone needs is MORE subscription services. How many do we subscribe to already each month? About 4-5? Netflix, Spotify, PS+, Shudder, Hulu etc etc that really adds up, subscription services need to stop.
Not true at all, you know even if all series remain multiplat, MS still makes money off every PS version sold... it would make alot more sense to remain multi than lose money on exclusive.

PlayStation is still the most recognized and popular brand and Xbox is going 3rd party soon after coming out and saying they don't care at all if series X sells or not.
That would be a fatal financial flaw, Gamepass doesnt sell THAT well. They'd never be able to make up the costs of all these $100M+ series.
