Microsoft buying up Publishers won't teach them management skills, if anything it'll overwhelm them more.
Learn to properly manage what they have first before piling on more.
Not to mention buying up a franchise that has been multiplatform for decades is not helping competition, it's just being a dick.

The only argument you need is the fact that being connected to the movies and TV severely limits whats possible in the games / creative freedom to do whatever with the world and story lines so long as it sticks to source material and makes sense for the characters.
It would be far less on console. Totally different crowd. This is one of the biggest most anticipated games on mobile. On console it would be almost nothing.
