Not say it was universally shared. But if Sean Murray is already saying he could have done more on neo. Then I'm sure he could have done way more on scorpio.
Unless they make NMS take advantage of the extra horse power in scorpio. It's not going to change much except better graphics than the ps4 version and better frame rate if they optimize the game.
But at this point would anyone trust Sean Murray and hello games enough to buy it. I'm sure with ps4 and pc gamers unhappy with the game. It may steer xbox owners from buying it.
