Sony never said it was upscaled at all. They used a lot of buzzwords like checkerboard rendering and HDR to give the illusion that the pro was capable of 4K which is why many non-techncal people are confused by sonys message.
Sony needs to be clear that its upscaled. But they dont because the perseption this gen is upscaling and weaker hardware is bad or was just to slam the xbox one

Only difference i see is the Media and sony fans act like upscaling is a great thing now. I thought as per yoshido native 1080p makes you a better gamer. Well wouldnt native 4k also make you a better player or was that BS and part of the power narritive.

Well sony didnt say upscaling. They tried to use some technical jargon to fool people into thinking its native 4k when its not. Whats hurlarious is these guys saying its all good now cause the pro can't do native 4k or play 4k blu-ray dvds.

I totally agree. People keeping harping about exclusive. But multiplats are what's mostly being bought. You may have a few exclusive that may sell a few million. But its the multiplats thats doing big numbers. Name one exclusive that sold better than CoD, destiny, battlefield,ect. And be honest here not many exclusive on both console are that great which is why you have so many indie dev amd games.

Yeah sony did greenlight the price as well as knew what state the game was being released in on the ps4. This is the second time sony backed a unfinished game and charged gamers full price for.
