The problem is that they have to support 3 consoles in one conference. There's a lot of content to fit in just 2 hours. White Knight Story, Valkyria Chronicles, Heavy Rain, The Agency, Wardevil as you mentioned probably won't be released this fiscal year and are still a way off.

So the PS3 version will be ready, except for the localizing, and then they will begin porting to the x360.
