I can't fault EA too much since, even though it was on-rails, the game is of high-quality. Spyborgs though - You'd think that it'd be better, considering how the game received an overhaul and was in development for a considerable amount of time.
Spyborgs - Yikes. I'm sure Capcom isn't happy with those sales at all.
Scribblenauts and 358/2 Days did quite well. But I do wish that Muramasa had sold a little bit more.
That is an excellent score. I'm interested to see how other publications rate the game, though.
I know I'll be downloading LostWinds 2.
Game Informer has posted a few of these reviews on their site, but they're still impressive, such as the scores for Uncharted 2.
And there are a number of reviews that are new though such as WWE SmackDown vs. Raw and Tropico 3, both of which seem to be a good games.
I'm pretty nervous about The Crystal Bearers' sales. I hope it does well, though.
Good review.
I wonder how well these games well these games will actually end up selling. I can see Final Fantasy 13 and New Super Mario Bros. Wii having long legs, though.
Sakaguchi actually didn't make himself entirely clear. I'm not sure if this means that Mistwalker is nearing the end of development entirely or just on one phase of the process. But I suppose we'll find out soon enough.
By the way, as a huge Okami fan, I also have to say that I'm pleased with Okami Wii's performance in Japan. Hopefully the sales of that title will be consistent and then I obviously wish the same success for Okamiden.
All things considered, Uncharted 2 did very well. Great sell-through rate, too.
Hm, you're probably right, especially when you consider how well FFXIII will perform.
It's also interested how not a single console game was in this week's top 10 software sales.
That's true. And Uncharted 2 is out in Japan now so we'll have to see how it affects PS3 sales.
I guess this goes to show why Famitsu estimates should be taken with a grain of salt. They weren't off entirely, but the PS3/Wii switched positions.
Haha, I'd never play that on Halloween!
Agreed.
I'm definitely more excited about this game than I was a few months ago.
Indeed, and it's a new type of IP.
