Well Radiant Historia came out a little while before the 3ds so if you count Demon Souls and Valkyria Chronicles which came out before Radiant Historia as this gen you have to count Radiant Historia as this gen too.
What makes you say that? The new CryEngine technology can run on the Wii U and that was confirmed to be more powerful than the frostbite engine that most new EA games seem to be using.
Actually Mass Effect is not an EA original ip Bioware created it Microsoft produced it the first game came out then EA bought Bioware while they were working on Dragon Age. EA had nothing to do with Mass Effect 1 that's why their names not on it. As far as the highest number of original ip's I think that title goes to Nintendo.

The speakers on the 3ds are good but in some games like Super Street Fighter 4 the audio in the cutscenes is really bad.
