This isn't being made by Nintendo tecmo koei is making it Nintendo just allowed them to use the Zelda franchise as a setting. Nintendo is still working on the actual Zelda title.

Its not a dynasty warriors clone because the people that make dynasty warriors are making it.
They showed gameplay so its playable.
They should have made Tales of Zelda since Namco makes the tales of series too.
