3D is a f*cking gimmick that I hope goes away real soon. It doesn't even make games that much more immersive & you have to wear those f*cking glasses. Until 3D is completely immersive and doesn't require any extra peripherals, f*ck it. The image pops up off the screen by an inch OH BOY!

Take economics. The 360 is about midway through it's life. It's reached what is called the "Maturity" stage. Sales start to decline, and in order to differentiate itself from the competition, price drops and redesigns occur.
