This has been such a long time coming. Still looks like one of the best upcoming shooters, IMO. Tom Clancy games always deliver for me.
I agree. I've had a lot of fun with it so far. It's definitely rainbow six, and the pacing and gameplay set it apart from any other shooter. PVP matchmaking is kind of a mess, but Terrorist Hunt has been pretty good.
I've hit hitches in the menues and joining matches, but it's a beta and to be expected. Release is still a few months off. What matters is that the gameplay is really solid and satisfying.

i think the real problem is pvp. its so completely underwhelming in destiny. Its shocking to me that a studio like bungie, with their insane pedigree in PVP gaming, could produce a PVP experience so incredibly lackluster. it feels like a giant leap back from even a game like Reach.
I dont like Journey or anything in that corner of the gaming landscape.
It's not gaming for the sake of fun. It's pretentious. I understand there is a market formit among people who I share absolutely no common ground with.

anywhoo, game looks visually insane. Gameplay shows a lot of promise too. I lolled when he attacked his own dragon and it got all pissed and chased him. heh.
i wouldnt mind a reset. my little cousin spent a day playing on my acct last xmas... never thought anyone could so handily destroy my KD ratio in one sitting.
though i do like the skill scoring as is. grenade kills, revives and pistol kills im rank 1. its pretty thug'n.
I've bee really impressed with my box... and somehow it just keeps getting better in leaps and bounds. really its the games that have made it as great as it is. i feel spoiled.
Xbox 360 was a gaming console that also had netflix. Loved it. But xb1.... its somehow become the center of all things. some sort of soul sucking... construct.

It's just going to be a little arcade game with basic gameplay ripped right out of the late 90s. I'd probably pay $15. If its full retail price that would be laughable.
I'm taking a wild guess that on Day 7 they will announce some sort of super-bundle, with 4 or 5 of the best games of the past couple years. Maybe horizons 2, SSOD, MCC, Forza 6 and Halo 5 or something insane like that.
