I'm enjoying the MP a lot. Will need more Arena maps though. Or at least to allow us to play some arena modes on breakout maps. A 6 player FFA on those maps would work nice.
Personally I think making gamemode-specific maps was a huge mistake. Cuts down on the versatility I expect from a Halo MP suite in a big way. So really when 343 sais "21 launch maps!" its nowhere near as great as it sounds. Not sure what the hell they were thinking there.

Looks cool, but I have a feeling it will be underwhelming. Already they have been ruthlessly slashing away at their initial promises. Not expecting much. Was a pretty showpiece 2-3 years ago.
I played 2 levels and stopped. Also played level 8 in some drop-in coop. Was my best experience.
I did the same thing with Halo 4. Played the first couple levels and then didn't go back to it until a month before Halo 5 when I finally played through it. I'll end up playing Through the H5 campaign but I'm in no rush. Multiplayer is what I'm in it for.

On a less stupid note, I agree Septic. They will probably find a way to work split screen into the game. H5 feels like a game built on a new engine, things are a bit shaky but they will nail it down. By then I think MS' cloud engine will be ready for gametime and a lot more standard in MS' first party ...

Please for the love of god no. The game is beautiful and amazing, would be daft to sully it with a runner up. We dont need Ori and the Blind Forest 5: Guardians. Though I am eager to see what the dev team does next.
Warzone is great but needs more maps. In fact, I think all playlists need more map variety since maps are mode-specific. also, I think that Arena playlist options need more variety. Also BTB. And A Forge Playlist.
Once all that is in, the game will be unstoppable. For now I'm having fun, but will need content sooner than later.

I used to drool over this game when reading about it in OXM. Was heartbroken when it was cancelled. Same goes for HUXLEY. Both those games made promises that games to this day dont deliver on. Which is unfortunate because at this point its not outside the realm of possibility for a dedicated passionate dev team. Just not exactly sure those exist anymore in the AAA space.
ARK reminds me of BC in some key ways. looking forward to it hitting preview. Definitely a buy.

I think you are confusing "Xbox Xpreience" with the new "Xbox Experience", which is what they seem to be calling the new dashboard. MS' stated earlier this year that there are plenty of expos throughout the year and that they dont need their own show. I personally think its the right move, and prefer to see them focus all their announcements at E3 and Gamescom. Makes those events more exciting.

lol. fug yo campaign! They will give you the serviceable grind against bots with cutscenes that you desperately require. However, real FPS fans are waiting for where the focus will obviously be: into an incredible MP.
Been waiting for this announcement, and Vince saying this means that 2016 will once again be another legendary year in the shooter space. DYING to see what a bigger team focused on new hardware can pull off. I want Titans to come screaming through the atmosphere...
