Pretty much this. However I use firefox with a few awesome add-ons. Goes straight the the video with absolutely no adverts.
A 12 hour gaming session normally wouldnt kill unless there was something else wrong. I have done plenty of 12 hour gaming sessions (non stop) during holidays. Last I checked I was still alive.....unless I am dead but think I am still alive.....oh dear...

If I am not mistaken one of the firmware updates allows them to add any icon or service they want as long as your system is connected to the net without requiring the system to be restarted.
If that is not the case....then I dont have a clue lol.
