NG3 was a good game. No useless missions dealing with overendowed demon slayers.
Didn't play the other two, but Prototype 2 was a good game. Simple to pick up and play, a good game to vent anger into.
I imagine it's because they don't want to overpower Shepard and his teammates. Shepard already has the omniblade, and can you think of one person on the squad that can use a Phantomesque sword and look cool? Ashley? No. Garrus? He's too sniper. James? He's too tank. MAYBE Javik, since his armor looks like a samurai's anyway. It could be his heavy melee or something.
Now, what would be cool is if they released some of those weapons and armor to be buyable i...
If Wii U is effectively a 360, then why not just buy a 360? I'm not a Marketing major, but I know comparing your next-gen console to a current-gen console doesn't bode well for you.
Her. You'd do "her," and so would I.
@Isujester: Let males be the ugly ones? What about Garrus or Thane? MAYBE Garrus, because Turians look like little Godzillas anyway, but you certainly can't call Thane ugly. They are the alien beefcake like Liara and Tali are the cheesecake. And we still have plenty of aliens that are barely humanoid, i.e. Salarians, Yahg, Volus; and some not even human, i.e. Elcor and Hanar.
I enjoyed all three endings much more this time around. Haven't seen the new one.
You mean the Control ending. Synthesis does not end with Shepard ascending to another plane of existence. His/her body is broken up and dispersed to create the new combination of synth/org DNA.
Explain please, Sloth. As you know, I can't not do the best I can in games like this, so I don't know about an insta-lose ending for Destroy. I thought Destroy was the best overall ending because it still leaves Shepard alive.
It does NOT mean, however, that The Last of Us leaves nothing to the imagination, or that video games are in any sense not as good as his beloved movie industry.
Because he's realized that people don't care about his opinion on movies, so he moved on to the closest thing to them: video games. The only problem is gamers don't give a rat's ass about his opinion either.
Of course he does. This from the guy who said that gaming is not art. I won't bother refuting that. We all know at least five games that are. So, the message here, once again, is "Fuck you, Roger Ebert. Nobody gives a shit what you think about games, anyway."
Screw Activision for trying to make itself look good in the eyes of the media without actually admitting guilt. I could see THAT without reading the whole article. I hope IWEG gets most if not all of what they're after.
Well, they shouldn't be. Everything in the world is built on the shoulders of similar things that came before.
Powerful scene. More than likely cut for time. Maybe because they didn't want people to see Shepard doubting who s/he is after Mass Effect 2. Maybe because the metaphysical ramifications of talking about death might upset some people, which is one thing BioWare needs no more of.
Not necessarily. If I recall correctly, at least half of the content from ME2 was free with a Cerberus Network pass in a new copy.
Well, seeing as everyone else is too busy trolling to actually talk about the content, I'll be the first and say that I enjoyed my time with the Asari Justicar. The Barrier Bubble you can set up is immensely useful because you can set it up to be an extra shield against SOME damage and at the same time hurt any Reaper forces that come inside it (because Cerberus and Geth take cover, you'd have to put them inside it for it to work actively against them). The maps are intricate and make...
And one that didn't have to happen. They could've just left it alone.
Did you just ignore the fact that it's FREE?!!! As in "WILL NOT COST YOU ONE RED CENT"?
Duke Nukem Forever was in development hell for over a decade and still came out. Granted, it was complete shit, but still, it was finally released.
