Well I don't see very many survival horror titles in there. Sounds to me like you want6 it to play like a platform. Hint: RE4 got the kind of control revamp you are talking about and it made the game great but it is no longer a survival horror game. RE is now an action title. I hope that does not happen to this series MHO.
I wasn't going to go there because this game looks awesome but you asked for it you little droid. This game will be awesome but it will not pwn every other game, not with only 6-8 hours of gameplay. They admit that nothing new but better multi, visuals ect. is being brought to the title. Gonna be a great game but the greatest, don't make me laugh.

I would have to agree. I will at least wait until more places review it because I know alot of people who couldn't get through the first one and that is one of my all time favorites. Survival Horror Is Dying

I just can't believe they chose an old war again after having so much success w/COD4. I don't think anyone but fans of the series were looking forward to this game and some of those fans have jumped ship because this seems like a step backward. I decided to not pick this up when they announced that it would be a throwback. There are only a handfull of multiplats I want anyway. I'm tierd of playing subpar 360 ports.

I would love to get my hands on this game but I have not bought a 360 (yet). That being said I love how all of a sudden frame rate does not matter. LOL. Looks great though I will wait for my friends to play I trust their opinions more than a journalist.
It is still an unfair comparison. Did people have to upgrade their TVs in order to enjoy DVD players to their fullest when they arrived on the scene? No they did not. BR on the other hand is a pointless choice if you do not have a HD set. You can not compare the two and their lifecycle unless you account for this.
Are you serious? You can't compare DVD sales to BR sales to prove that BR is failing. That is a strawman argument. I remember when DVDs came out and I know alot of people who did not jump on board for years. I mean look at HDTVs for example the tech has been around for years and is just know becoming a must have. This is BS. I think this holiday season will be a great boost for BR. DDL are cool but we are not at the point yet where enough people have their home entertainment systems hooked up to something that delivers that HD expierence. HD packages from your cable companies may be nice but you can't buy the movie and rewatch it without paying for the rental again. Oh and I totaly agree that better movies will equal better sales.
Did you know that plenty of great GDs have made total flops that they are not proud of. I am sure this game will be good but without seeing anything like gameplay you can't be absolutly sure now can you?
