ME2 was emotional for me, I felt very attached to the characters especially the ones that return from ME1. I'm probaly in the minority but during the final segments I was on the edge of my seat.
as for heavy rain, I can't say because I don't have the game yet but I'll get it on tuesday from blockbuster.
If you're still on the fence about this game, play indigo prophecy/fahrenheit. the gameplay is very similar to that.
I'm torn. on one hand, gabe insulted us ps3 users but on the other hand i love the HL series and would like to finish the story. I tell you what gabe, if HL episode 3 comes out during a slow month for games, I'll get it.

agreed. I beleive that this will be one of the top contenders for game of the year IMO. Bioware deserve the praise this game gets.
