probably, but it's pointless as they get compressed anyway because no one wants to download 50 gigs.
What's weird is the cutscene shots on PS3 look as if they're lower res than in-game.
Have you even bothered to look at their comparison... they aren't trying to defend the PS3 version as you seem to assume. Go and see for yourself. Then come back here and apologise to everybody for being such a 'tard.
Lol, they don't touch up the screens... how is that even possible?
lol...
Anyway, one thing truly shows how wrong you are: their comparison shows the 360 version looks better.
Back on topic: night and day - just look at the texture difference in this shot: http://www.gameswire.net/co...
In this particular comparison, Forza is light years ahead.
Sure, you kind of expect it to be given the timeframes involved, but it really is interesting to see how far ahead Forza's Suzuka really is.
Agreed. Sounds like PS3 fans are pre-empting the inevetable comparisons showing the 360 version as being better.
Yeah, PS store on the 8th. Might be Japanese store only though.
The difference is very small. In the jacket mostly. And the badges.
I'm sure it'll get tougher as people keep playing. Then it eventually be like Halo, where the only people playing are the ones who put their lives into it.
The in-game stuff looks fine, but a big part of any FF game is the breath-taking cinematics and these shots look great.
But the final game probably won't look quite like that though. We've all seen too many bullshots by now to really believe that these are of anything other than a CGI movie, right?
Avg. score of 9.0 I reckon.
Ditto
He was getting on a bit. I don't think we'd really want to see them.
Oh dear...
*approved*
Can't wait for this.
Awesome.
When's this game coming out again?
Yup
I suppose this is understandable, but what I don't like is the way they've left it a week before quietly cancelling pre-orders. Sneaky.
You could also argue that if they can just go around changing prices like this, then it gives them the option to make further 'mistakes' in the future as a way of drawing in interest to new listings.
Those are some mighty images. Don't care if they're not real, I'm slapping them on my desktop background anyway.
