You know nothing,by 2016 a medium line gpu will have no problem running games at 4k/60fps, so for you to say that by 2020 with a medium power gpu ps5 would not have power to run at 4k is stupid.

You do realise that PS4 gpu is 50% stronger than X1 gpu , and that ps4 has the compute power of r9 290.
Mark Cerny wanted a high compute power in PS4 ,so development of that was applied to r9 290 also.

An actual benchmark says the x1 cpu is slower.
Not to mention the ps4 is heavily geared towards asynchronous compute which allows non-graphics calulations to be done on the GPU, the asynchronous compute on ps4 is 4 times faster then on x1.
Ubisoft could have used that advantage of ps4 hardware but they chose not to.
