You don't launch faulty hardware to piss of consumers, PERIOD. You can scream to the wind that Sony released faulty hardware as well to justify your argument but the fact of the matter is that Sony's failure rates have always been low with their products.
I hope this teaches Microsoft a lesson because that is WHY I never bought a 360 first.

Sony never promised anything? They're a company. Things can get delayed/pushed back for certain reasons.

Then both consoles are not producing Wii numbers. Sony may have had a late start in the console war and chewed off more than what they can swallow but that does not mean they will drop out of the gaming industry.

Quite ironic indeed Torch but...that wasn't the point of my article. And I'm well aware of the date. The point is that they said the same thing about the PS2. It was hard to develop for, Sony was losing money, the PS2 may not be as successful as the PS1, etc, etc, etc.

I don't think MS is done but this will hurt them severely. I feel sorry for any consumer who buys this system for the sake of games, rather than use their God-given brain and not buy something that has a 50/50 chance of breaking with a day or a month.
