Microsoft basically f*$#ed up any who purchased an NVIDIA graphics card with the arrival of DX12.
They boosted substantially AMD by almost 20 frame/rate while NVIDIA has a few 2 frame/rate sometimes, it averages a minus 10fps less than it's DX11 counterpart.
Obviously, since AMD makes the graphics card for the Xbox One, it's easy to see who they're going to promote.
NVIDIA are still a overall better experience.
The first game died out in 3 months.
I'll give it a shot if it has a substantial single player campaign length but if it gets finished in 5 hours, I won't even pick it dumb.

The boost increase as seen from the Neo is not significant compared to the original PS4.
The GPU is just 2.3x more powerful overall. Using Next-gen Polaris AMD graphics engine.
The real difference here is when you are comparing it to the Xbox One.
The GPU is 3.45x more powerful with Ram speed over 3x faster which is significant when you want to use the home screen. The PS4 is significantly smoother already and the Neo will give 500mb of Ram more for devs ...
The PS4 Neo is just going to have games to run at a better frame rate and higher, 1080p, and a higher graphical fidelity using the new AMD Polaris engine.
The analog sticks issue has been fixed after the first year.
The PS4 Neo needs to be a lot stronger than it's currently is in order to be able to play games in 4k.
It's most likely going to have a triple-layer blu-ray to play 4k UHD HDR Movies and probably HDCP 2.2 and stream 4k content.
Yes, I would like the PS4 to do 4k gaming. Neo is not that machine. More powerful PCs with 980Ti struggle with 4k 60fps games.

That depends on your PC, can't assume everyone has the same rig nor the same power.
In any case, they all pretty much look alike regardless which platform it is.
Even with a lower price, it won't help Microsoft to sell that much more Xbox Ones.
