Of course I have my doubt about this conversion program even happening at all especially when it didn't happen with the PSPGo.
If this doesn't fall through, I might just end up buying another PSP once it hit sub $100 since I only have the PSP-1001.
I hope they do this. I really do as there are a few UMD PSP games I own that would love to be able to play on the PSVita.

On the contrary, it was a dream until Level-5 and Capcom made this into a reality. Dream no more my boy, there are puzzles to be solved.

I'm not either but I do have some games on UMD that I would love to play on the Vita instead of carrying a PSP and PSVita.

It certainly is not. A 20gb would take me about 24+ hours since I'm still using DSL. Waiting on a good deal for Fios before switching to that.
Still, I rather go out and get a physical copy as I can sell it/lend it if I ever need to. Save myself on the electric bill by not leaving my PS3 on longer than it needs to be.

I am doing the exact same thing. 24 Multiplayer is just too small for me, and I since I have always enjoyed BF games on the PC prior, the choice was clear.
The free BF1943 is tempting but I doubt I would play that if I have BF3.
