PS2 failure rate (at most 10%) was no where close to 360 failure rate. Many Sony products are solid and PlayStation brand is no exception.
Besides, Sony fixed up their PS2 issue within six month. It's been almost 3 years for 360 and RROD is still around.
Yeah, KH is great. I just beat it this summer. Didn't play 2 yet. The dialogues were very corny but I loved it.
With a 33% failure rate, it's hard to ignore. Company image is important after all. Imagine how many people would be angry if at least 1/3 of 360 owners were left in the cold after RROD. Microsoft didn't have much of a choice but to fix them.

Well, FFVsXIII is still PS3 exclusive and Nomura is a huge Playstation fan. If he's like Kojima, he'll make sure it stays a Playstation exclusive. Exclusive FTW.
I believe that MMO will kick off on console once developer will allow use of keyboard and mouse. PS3 supports keyboard and mouse HINT HINT.
I enjoy the Kingdom Heart series since I enjoy Disney movies (most but not all. I hope the rumors are true and for KH3 to have Pixar characters. A Wall-e world would be awesome.

This article is crap. Window XP is on the list instead of Window ME. Window ME was terrible, I hated that OS so much. BSOD laughing at me every so often.
I thought there are more Sony supports on Amazon.com. I could be wrong. I say word of the mouth is the best way to get sales. I recommended the PS3 to a few of my friends and convinced them to get it. I've made recommendation to parents on gaming and they listen.
Same here, I remember when the 360 came out. I was so close to buying one but the realization that it's just not futureproof and after hearing PROD, I decided to wait for the PS3. Best decision ever.
I think it's better off as a photography game but I do wish it would allow the player to ram the car into the animals.

Third party? After what microsoft did with SE and Rockstar? Third party doesn't mean much anymore in terms of defining a console. It's first/second party exclusive that matters. 360 lacks that.
I never understood US hold notion on violence and blood good but someone sound the alarm when sex appears in games/media. Personally, I think that's just stupid, sex is more natural/positive (except unsafe/unplanned pregnancy) than killing. Most of my games are consisted of Japanese titles where there are less blood and violence.
