I have to agree with kevnb. The only big difference I see in a pirate copy and a real copy is that the real copy has a fancy looking disc, box, manual, and maybe some extra goodies. Other than that, I would say many pirates become desensitized about feeling the game is "stolen."
Piracy only grows. Look at what happen to the PSP. I love that handheld but the piracy is strong. As hacking becomes easier and easier and the knowledge becomes more wide spread, the amount of pirates grow at an exponential rate.

The 360 is not region free but it it's actually in the hands of the developer. If the developer allows the game to be region free, then it will but otherwise no. Yes, they can import as long as the game counts as the same region as the console. So Germany can import from probably other European countries.
Nah, I personally think US still censor way too much just less on violence. I can't understand why US will censor anything too sexual. Heck, we don't even see those touching DS game in the US.
So, the only thing I see less censoring is violence and more on anything due with sex. I can never understand this backward country. Still don't understand why US have to make up their own measurement system instead of using metric.

Seriously, I'm sure at least 90% of gamers wouldn't have notice or even understood that song while playing. I mean, if they put a song that I believe to be insulting to my belief/race/what not, I'll just lower the Music BGM volume and continue playing. I can't wait for this game, the new release date really lands in on a bad time for me. By the time I get to play, Valkyria Chronicle is out. I wish Sony would have just patch it.

Couldn't agree more. There is way too much new and great games out there. I'm sure many of us aren't rich, and I sure ain't especially when it's $60 a game. I'm sorry BioShock but my money is going to LBP, Valkyria Chronicles and probably Prince of Persia.
Next year, isn't looking too good for BioShock either in my list.

Yeah, sadly it didn't do so well in Japan but I think it will do decently well in US. Hopefully many gamers don't over look this game with all the awesome games coming out this season.

I remember reading characters from Skies of Arcadia will be making cameos and I don't know if they are playable. I think they are playable from what I saw on a youtube video. I've preorder this game back in May and will definitely pick it up. I love the canvas engine and the color is so relaxingly clear.
