Don't forget, Bluray is scratch resistant. None of my games have a single scratch at all, none of my bluray movies either.

Yeah, I enjoy good games with lot of strategic gameplay and lots of cutscenes. MGS4 and VC for the win. I'm still waiting for White Knight Chronicles and FFVs.XIII.

I love a physical collection even for my games. I try to avoid DD at all cost and look for a disc copy. So far, I've purchased 11 Blu-ray movies and love it. Besides, who can admire a bunch of DD at glance?

To be honest, it is an annoying trend but I'm willing to let that by if I truly believe the developers deserve the money.
Another problem was the release date, came out at the same time as Resistance 2, and 1 week after LBP. I was close to getting R2 but ultimately stay with my decision to pick up Valkyria Chronicles. I love it a lot.
It's really unfortunate it's a sleeper. I just hope more PS3 will pick this up, it's definitely worth the $60 in my opinion.

Agreed, I have neither time nor money for 2 consoles. I purchase my PS3 and enjoy it a lot due to 2 reason, great price and great game. Before I got my PS3, I looked forward to FFXIII, FFVs.XIII, Valkyria Chronicles (I love this game more than MGS4), MGS4, LBP, WKC (still looking forward to it), GT5 (I have Prologue and it's great), DMC4 (wish I never purchased it, terrible game), and etc. Well, well, what do you know, so many great games for me to play and look forward to.
