None of those features posted are official apart from the 1000 cars and certain others in that list according to Yamauchi. He will be releasing the full features list of GT5 at TGS09 however he did say they just started working on damage and that the damage will be updated to the point of total realism so all these bots saying it sucks are right for now but we'll have to see the build at TGS09 to judge on how good the damage really looks.

Yamauchi has already confirmed that this build is an old build of GT5 and was just a demo but it wasn't representing the actual game.

GT5p was confirmed to have 200,000 polygons per car but Yamauchi hasn't revealed anything about the polygon count on every car in the full GT5 releasing this year so it could be much more.
