In terms of features GT5 wins hands down.
The livery editor is just for the kids imo, realistic tuning is what makes a sim a sim and GT5 is said to have the best so in that case GT5 wins hands down. All the other aspects of the game already destroy what F3 has to offer.
So they've already seen what Kazanouri Yamauchi plans to do and add in the game for the next 5 months? Before they were indirectly bashing PD & GT5 and now they're directly bashing PD & GT5.

The only new format that I see taking over BR discs probably near the launch of the PS4 are Holographic storage discs.
These are probably already 10xs better than BR discs but it'll take awhile for the market to adopt this technology, researchers on their first go at this HS disc technology managed to store up 1.5 TB of data on the disc without even trying and that shows how flexible this technology is and it certainly will take over BR discs.
IGN are always blabbing a bunch of rubbish, they said that Mr Yamauchi was unsure about adding in day/Night cycles and weather but then 3-4 French sites confirmed it to be in the final game.
IGN probably got confused with the early tech demo of WD that was tested on the XBOX 1.
IGN purposely lie and misinform people just like Turn10's Dan Greenwalt.
So far every multi-platform game I've seen to date even MW2 look like updated PS2 games but this game might change that.
This is actually why I think it'll be better on the PS3 because it's actually a True HD multiplat game and that'll be achieved better on the PS3.
why dose this game look so rubbish seriously, I'm all for the PS3 but this game needs to be delayed for another 2 years just to get the character models o par with Uncharted 2's character models.
The characters in HR seem to never show fluid animations or even realistic human emotions for that matter, everything looks stiff & uncanny and the environments looks really really under detailed.

I can remember seeing the Citroën car racing at night with the head lights on in one of the old trailers and it only showed it for a few seconds and I'm 100% sure that these scans are from that video.
Kazanouri Yamauchi said he's not ready to show off night racing so why the heck would he release 2 'shoddy' images (which PD never does) to show off one of the best looking features in GT5?

Ok I've just been paying really close attention to the cars running around the tracks in the recent videos and I spoted not once any Jaggies or even shadow problems which leaves me to think that PD have fixed these minor issues.
The replays only have added blur and probably a touch of AA but that's about it and that's my final conclusion not to mention the fact that the builds shown at GC & TGS are much much older then the current build Mr Yamauchi is working on, you know the...

Here's proof that it's all in-game from the Spec III update of GT5p and if it's the same in Prologue then it'll be better in GT5 according to Mr Yamauchi.

There's a chance he could still be working for Sony's design team and if he is then right about now him and some other members of the design team are most likely working on a sleeker, half glossed slimmer version than the current slim model of the PS3.
