I seriously question your intelligence.
The 3DS is a cheap gimmick working on old technology that leaves for no flexibility.
1)The moment you tilt the device the affect vanishes leaving you with a DS that you paid twice the price for.
2)The moment you actually decide to use the 3D feature the battery dies.
3)Same ugly generic clamshell design.
4)Old Wireless technology meaning no improved portability.
2013 is a good time, if you want to be stuck with this lame bottlenecked gen then by all means go ahead.
I want this gen of consoles to finish, if I could I would destroy Microsoft, Nintendo & Sony's console manufacturing plants just to stop it.

I personally think that R&C: ACiT wasn't that good compared to R&C:TOD, I even did a graphics comparison between them and for some reason TOD looked better to me.
I think TOD matches the quality of the one's on the Ps2 but ACiT doesn't

That's flippin old new compared to Samsung's Super AMOLED plus screen technology which they've just announced, and some of their upcoming products will use it. Why isn't Sony pushing OLED technology? LG and Samsung are doing all sorts of things with it whereas Sony aren't.

The game looks completely garbage to me, the textures, animation, water effects all look like crap. It looks sub-par to me.

You're not crazy and I agree with you, this gen is filled with nothing but inconsistent graphics, jaggy's, FPS and bottlenecks.
I expect Sony to announce the PS4 at TGS 2012 and it'll release probably around October/November 10th 2013.
That's exactly why it's broken, Nintendo are using Sharps early glasses-less 3D displays in their 3DS, these displays are still being used in the final version and according to the NYC event they weren't that good.

Even the biggest YT PS3 fanboys who go around bashing the 360 for weeks on end don't like it. Yamauchi wasted valuable time on pointless features and the game is an inconsistent mess.
I have so many friends on my PS3's friends list who own the game but don't play, a lot of them have the very same complaints I do.
