Hyrule Warriors is kinda boring tbh. My bro bought it and we tried. It’s just mash buttons on lifeless enemies. Easily gets boring.
It has cool moves and good designs/art.
Honestly it depends on how they implement it. If it is anything like MGS4 where you watch a 30 min cinematic and then go down a hallway to watch another 30 min cinematic, then I think it would be bad. But if it is split up well enough to where you are getting some good game time in, then it should be fine. Probably just make it better in ways. Like ND does it basically.
This game definitely looks fun to me.
It's a good list. Some aren't exclusive. Some are wishful thinking being released this year. But then again we could still get some great games that haven't been announced.
Did you even see From Software bringing Dark Souls to Switch?
I could totally see some exclusive Nintendo items coming to it.
Also Skyrim had exclusive items, never thought that huh?
The Master Sword alone would be awesome.
You're a moron. First you will say Nintendo doesn't get 3rd party releases. It gets a 3rd party release and you still criticize. Maybe some people want to play it on the Switch. Maybe they like the Controller better, i know I do. Maybe it's the only system they have.
Also Dark Souls 3 barely looks better than Dark Souls. Omg some cloth movements! A little more reflection! Slightly cleaner. The difference will not be huge at all.
This list is stupid. The only thing we can all agree on is Blight Towns frame rate and honestly it wasn't as bad as people make it out to be.
The rest is just complaining about difficult parts in the game. He is seriously complaining about the Capra Demon. That is one of the best fights, especially because first time through he just marks you. It's hilarious and evermore funny seeing it happen to newbies.
The Curse problem they did address. They made it s...
I think that since it was announced in a Nintendo Switch trailer that we will be seeing some type of Nintendo exclusive content. Maybe a Master Sword and Hylian Shield? Kind of like Skyrim. Also being an avid fan of the Original Dark Souls and all of the others (Dark Souls is the best) it looks like that is a new area bonfire. It doesn't look like any bonfire already in the game. Also the area looks like the place where the Everlasting Dragon is. I really hope a new area is in store for u...
I wouldn't say they had a steady flow. Just enough to keep selling out of Switches. Zelda being amazing really helped.
Mario rounding it up did also. Mario was good but not great in my opinion. The rest are rentable titles.
I am a Nintendo fan but I don't think software wise that it was a great year. NO Virtual Console, at all. Some crappy mess of a selection of random games mixed in with the Indies. I think this year they need more than 4 titles. (Zelda, A...
Not true at all. I can name many retro games that are still playable and a blast to play even now.
You don't need nostalgia to appreciate things of the past.
I think the amount and variety is what set the past games from today. Also budget on games. It takes a lot of resources to make an excellent game nowadays.
You listed mostly mediocre games and strengthened my argument.
I didn't say anything about Nintendo or MS, I actually stated that no console is great this gen.
Xbox 1 is not great and I liked OG Xbox and 360.
All I am saying is as gamers we have had better generations. This gen isn't as good as you state. Micro transactions across the board. Yes PS finally has a list of 10 good games after 4 years, that is great you can list them.
Mostly mediocre games dude. For almost 3 years it just had Bloodborne. And a bunch of games that are not good. Knack!
Now it is finally getting a decent flux of games. That is NOT a beast of a library. No system this gen has one.
Let's not pretend it is so great because it sells well. For a $400 system it could have offered way more good games in the beginning. Being glad your money wasn't a waste doesn't make a console great.
Still impressive.
But certain regions support certain products more. United States people buy shit like Madden, South Americans and Europeans buy shit like FIFA.
Wow I love how you try to defend Loot Boxes. The problem is the these companies are cutting back on actual content of the games and locking it by paywalls. But Paywalls that give you in game items, but you aren't guaranteed anything good or what you like. It's mostly trash and they make it so people get mostly trash.
Also you don't take into the account that kids are blindly buying into this crap. Without really understanding what is being done to them. The fac...
I highly doubt that. I think the release will still suck.
They delayed it because of the NES classic and SNES Classic.
Honestly ever previous VC release from Wii and Wii U should be on there, even some 3DS ones.
One of the reasons I waited like 70 minutes for the SNES classic!
Dude most movies have terrible stories. Most Superhero movie's stories are bare bones with throwaway enemies. So why wouldn't they be able to make a Mario Movie? They could make a good one similar to an Incredibles type of movie.
You ever play Mario RPG? It has a good story. Made by Squaresoft, regarded as one of the best games of all time by many?
If you are so concerned about price, just wait for a price reduction. Not that hard.
Exclusives are dying? Are you high?
The only reason any Nintendo system makes money is specifically because of the exclusives. Mario Kart still prints money. So does Zelda.
Also Sony has built a good amount of exclusives. (I'm not talking 3rd party exclusives)
So maybe games made by 3rd parties can be hurt by being exclusive to a system. But that's it.
We all win. It was a good year in gaming.
@Shiken I feel like you are the only other person to ever say this on N4G. I say the same thing about PS4 only having Bloodborne 2 years after release.
People harp on Nintendo but forget to realize the only reason they have been competing and profitable since N64 is because of their 1st party games.
