As for the hardware difference ps4 almost certainly had more out the can at launch,,,but il dumb it down a little bit more for you and literally spell it out:
a car that has 1000bhp may not necessarily go fastest around a track against a 800bhp as it depends how the powers applied and design of the actual car lol

Common sense,ps4 fanboys cant get there heads around the fact the xbox one will get get alot more powerfull and ps4 slightly more powerfull due to the fact microsoft are a software company and sony a hardware company,,thats why sony needed to put more raw power into the ps4 to makeup.
Sony fanboys can print as much as they want about specs,doesnt mean it will always have an advantage
The xbox one architecture is alot more complicated with advanced processing/move chips/sdk'...

My personal favourites were world at war. black ops 1 and 2,the modern warfares just didnt do it for me.
Bought battlefield (4) for the first time,gave it 2 months and couldnt get into it.sold it to get titanfall.
Nothing compares to Ghost Recon,hopefully theres one on the way.

Both quite crap for next gen,graphics leap has been piss poor so far in my view comparing to last gen.
i was expecting much better than this,even at this early stage.
My view so far is that both sony/microsoft have skinflinted on the cpu/graphics this round and made the machines into microtransaction heaven.
il give the next gen 12-18 months to improve dramitically or il prob go steambox.

Got a One before xmas,its still early days but its quite obvious its been rushed as theres constant updates as to what should have been in the console in the 1st place (heard the ps4 is the same).
Im gonna give it 12-18 months to prove for it to prove to me that i made the right choice,i personally bought into the kinect enhancing the gaming/tv experience,if they sell a kinectless bundle then i may as well jump ship to the ps4 or steam console as prev explained thats the foundation it...

1-Is it because the developers got the dev kit rumoured to be 6 months later than the PS4?
2-Is the Xbox One more complicated to programme?
3-Or is it the 'on paper' superior PS4 specs?
Im expecting the One to improve faster than the PS4 simply due to it being a software company hence possibly superior programmers,just my opinion

Well ive got a Xbox One,great graphics and smooth gameplay so far on Ghosts and Ryse..very happy.
Seems to me the architectures of these two are built entirely different with the One looking more complex,this still doesnt mean it cant keep up with the PS4,especially with the potential of developing software tools from the software company that is Microsoft.
