well to start with, watching a high def movie, you're gonna need a big more than 32MB.. and also when playing a game that's on bluray.. you won't be able to watch bluray movie anyway, since there is a disk already in the drive..
yes there was a memory restriction before, but since one firmware (i think it was 1.90) 32MB was reserved for 'something' (nobody knew at that time).. and i guess that 32MB was for this ;) but if you notice, if all the categories load after being selected, even if they have been loaded before (e.g. at 4:20 he goes into XMB, XMB starts and loads on game, then goes to video and Videos load, then goes back to Game, and game loads again) so i would guess that there will be a restriction on how ma...
about the ingame msging.. Sony has a button on their control panel that says 'Ban4eva'
what i don't get tho, is why Sony cared to put the 'Movie' and the 'Photo' category in game..
EDIT:
I could have sworn I click 'Reply' on 1 (replying to 1.1)
you guys do know that this was in the earlier version of the XMB? link:

@Varsarus
they're both companies.. they both only think about money.. so there is a pretty big chance that the Blu-Ray for 360 is actually coming
but the bad thing for MS here is that they won't be able to use BluRay for games coz there are 18-19 million 360's out there that don't have the bluray player.. microsoft will still be limited to DVD9
yes it does work:
vote on gametrailers -> remove your cookies as described below -> vote again
Firefox: Tools -> Clear private data -> check cookies -> hit OK
IE: Tools -> Internet Option -> Delete (under the General tab) -> Delete Cookies
Safari (windows): Edit -> Reset Safari -> check "Remove all cookies" -> hit OK
well, you might have heard of cookies, which is usually used to login on website (at least, that's what they were designed for).. its basically a text (text right?) document on your computer that a website can set.. its very limited but its very useful.. this can be removed by removing by removing these files, all browser (or at least the ones i know) have got a built in function to remove those cookies
gametrailers is using cookies to say that you have voted, so if you remove those coo...
the unique ip can be useless as well especially with the new IPv6 coming out.. there are a lot of people who get a dynamic ip (i have a dynamic ip, which sux, but is awesome for websites like rapidshare), i restart my connection, and i have a new ip.. the only way to stop this is making the rating system for registered users only.. which only benefits them, they get an more accurate rating, and they also get more members
dude.. there is no friggin company out there, that doesn't lie, there is not even a person out there that doesn't like.. in fact, i would bet a £100 that even you lie some times.. i know i do.. its just, it takes courage to admit it... its just how the human brain works.. you can't blame the humans tho, you'll have to blame the creator(s) (if any exists) of the humans..
lololololol this is in fact true... just tested it.. anyway.. I highly doubt this is Gametrailers fault.. its the programmers fault. I mean.. when i wasn't good in php programming (which that page is), and when i did any voting this bits, i never used the IP.. i also used cookies (which gametrailers uses).. this can be solved by either using the IP, or letting only registered users vote.. and i guess GT didn't want only registered people to vote, so they higher some crappy programmer who does...
oh so home is still coming then? or does it keep getting delayed until the PS5 <_< don't get me wrong, i've only got a PS3.. but Home delays are getting ridiculous.. honestly i would be surprised if it comes out this year!!
shouldn't this 'feature' be optional? i think they should make it optional so that when someone just bought it, can play it straight away but if they're not playing at some point, they can let the installer go? or if they don't have space, just leave it..
That would be a dream come true!! if/when they do.. Windows will finally be not as bad as it is naw (there will be a new linux distro called Windows :D)
if those fockers buy Google, then the internet i will give the internet 5 years before it dies out.. unless somebody steps up and gives a service as good as google's
tbh.. the game is not bad at all (demo at least).. the game may not be 'awesome' and may not be a Halo killer, it still doesn't deserve a 4.5.. a 6.5 would have been better, i am 100% that reviewer is a big xbox fanboy.. i mean that game is good... in a way that it won't EVER get a 10.. but also it shouldn't get anything lower than a 6...
this is what i get:

hmm AI is awesome, graphics is awesome, animations are awesome as well, there is one thing that does worry me tho.. the gameplay!! it doesn't look like it has much more than "just shoot at Helghast, and finish your objective" game.. like Halo is, this is cool for online but it would be shyt for campaign so i don't know.. i mean the only to things i have seen (besides shooting) is curing someone from your team, getting a lift up from someone, and helping him get up and open a valve.....
eventho this looks very, VERY nice.. i think GTA IV is still GOTY..
32MB is MORE than enough to run a mp3 file in the background.. and also enough to run 1 or 2 pages depending what page you visit.. with this i mean either mp3 file or browsing..
erm the RAM will stay stuffed, even if you pause the game.. if you have played GTA IV, you will notice that when you press the PS button, the game first presses Start then goes into the PS button screen.. games would have to add that, coz PS3 doesn't do that auto..
This is leading me to think...
