This bundle is selling ABOVE the ps4's retail price.

Driveclub seemed to have the edge there as well.

Also to level the playing field with drivers that use FPV who have to deal with the wipers and rain. Realistically if there was to be a camera following behind the car it would indeed be covered with precipitation.
