Same here, playing metal gear on an xbox is just a plain no no..
MGS4 concluded solid snakes story.. There is no reason to go past that.

I disagree,
I still have ps1 disks with zero scratches and completely smooth surfaces that are going on 20 years old.
By the looks of it, they're not going to deteriorate anytime soon.
As long as sites like ebay, and amazon etc. exist, you will always be able to repurchase your favorite games/consoles from whichever generation is desired.
