I'm glad this happen during the beta. It would suck if this exact thing happened to the retail release. Now Konami can properly address this issue and fix the problem. :)
People think GT5P is miles ahead of the competition and some people think its miles behind. Nobody is spreading BS on how good this game is. Its all personal preference.
IMO this game is the best sim racer for this generation of games. The G25 wheel plus GT5P is the ultimate racing simulator.

Won't happen. Most people want a PS3, they just can't afford it yet. When the PS3 drops its price to the "sweet spot" its game over for the Wii. Well, not game over but you get the point. Who wouldn't want to buy the successor of the PS2 equipped with a Bluray drive for 200 dollars? Even the Wii priced at 100 won't make a difference. Don't forget High Stakes Poker and the whole PS1 library of games. Aquatopia and Chat also works if you have the PS Eye connected to the PS3.

I'm pretty disappointed too. I should've been one the lucky 16 to test this game out. I would saw off one of my toes with a worn out rusted blade to play this game 2 months before release. ;)
