Overall, I'm not to crazy about Kinect as a whole. Being able to shout out my commands could be helpful though.

Cool! I was a fan of the first game, though mk2 wasn't quite as good IMHO.
I wouldn't put too much stock into frame issues with an in-development game. There is still time for them to fix the issue.

I agree that parents need to pay attention to ESRB ratings. There's nothing much more annoying than hearing some 12 year old whining over XBLA during CoD multiplayer.
