This is kinda silly. So they talked to one rep at a convention and they never got back to them. Were they only contacting the rep as opposed to trying id@xbox directly? The rep might have quit or changed jobs in the company and didn't use that specific email account anymore. Maybe if they tried other avenues before giving up they would have been launching on two systems as opposed to one right now.
