nintendo needs to put some restrictions on shovelware like they did on the NES where publishers were only allowed a certain number of titles- this makes them only put the quality ones.

The whole point of a review is a well written opinion piece discussing how much they enjoyed a game, not fact- so one person will find Reach to be a 10 while someone else wont. So there really is no need to let the trolls come out from under the bridge.
