I hope there is a considerable amount of people who actually intend on buying it, I was planning on importing anyways(i think people need to turn their attention on TLS and Pandora seeing as Xeno has already been translated), but I'll give this a shot.
Theres still no official word on TLS and Pandora in EU.
There is a rumor floating around that Sakaguchi said while in Paris that TLS is coming,
Until it is formally announced with a date for TLS and Pandora, im not buying it.
Just look at Monado(Xenoblade's title in US) its still up for preorder on Amazon and is still on NoA database, but its all TBA.

you wont be able to out of the box, you are going to need a hacked wii running the homebrew channel. Some people arent comfortable with doing that, but its quite easy. Once youve got that all u have to do is get an app calles geckos, it allows u to play games from any region.
